i found the executive lounge really good neha provided amazing service always ready with a smile. she was very smart and polite. jan by the jacuzzi was friendly he explained everything clearly and was quick to help. nikita aman and shinu the managers were helpful and always greeted everyone with a smile.
i had some trouble with the digital check-in system the links provided in the confirmation message weren't working well it created a bit of a hurdle at the start.

the hotel provided convenient access to a nearby bus stop, useful for public transportation and connecting to the metro. the facilities were comprehensive. the room was clean, and i found the staff to be fantastic. i think the price was competitive compared to similar hotels in the area.

The staff were friendly. They booked us a taxi to the airport upon our return and it arrived very quickly, in about 3 minutes. The room was super clean. It was ALSO a very high standard and the beds were so comfy!!!
I noticed not many toiletries were provided in the renovated room I was given.

The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory array of options. Nothing particularly stood out, but it was adequate.
the phone service was shockingly bad i tried calling reception multiple times for a simple request, yet nobody answered. eventually i had to go down to the lobby in person, which defeated the purpose of having a phone. also, the shower had some serious temperature issues, fluctuating wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold. it.
